Barbecue SauceThis is the best barbeque sauce for chicken on the planet & Mrs. Margie Lee
gave to my mother when I was just a little boy; and I still use it today.
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup ketchup
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce.
3 Tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chip cookies you are doing something wrong."
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sift together:
1 cup plus 2 tablespoon flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
ADD:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter
Blend & mix until batter is smooth
Add:
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an un-greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart
Bake: 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Makes 50 cookies
Escabeche
This is a Beleazean dish that was given to me by Mercedes Castillo of
Belize City in the exact manner it is written.

dry oregano
3 spice seed
Clean chicken, put to boil with spice seed and oregano and garlic. When
chicken is soft, take it out then put in onion and a little of vinegar or
squeezed lime. Bake or fry chicken until it gets brownish.
